The Role

  • This pivotal executive leadership role is responsible for driving the national client strategy and business development agenda. The CCO will be instrumental in transforming the firm's market-facing functions, leading a fundamental shift towards a sophisticated, client-centric growth engine.

Operating in a dynamic partnership environment and reporting to the CEO, the CCO will be central to embedding a client-first mindset across the firm. This includes enhancing brand positioning, building market-leading client experiences, and equipping Partners and teams to deepen relationships and win in a competitive and evolving market.

The Candidate

  • You are a seasoned commercial leader with experience developing growth strategies and client functions within complex B2B or professional services environments. You thrive in partnership-led organisations, know how to influence across senior stakeholder groups, and bring a passion for elevating client engagement and delivering tangible commercial outcomes.
  • You have led multidisciplinary teams and know how to unify marketing, BD and client experience under a shared vision for growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the national client strategy, aligning marketing, BD and CX teams behind a clear, measurable growth agenda
  • Deliver integrated go-to-market programs in collaboration with Partners and sector leads
  • Oversee strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction
