Job Overview

As a seasoned growth professional, you will spearhead client-centricity initiatives by empowering stakeholders and developing internal capabilities around client development. This role sits within a high-performing business development function.

  • Lead multiple client engagement programs across key portfolios.
  • Coach stakeholders to build capability in client conversations, planning, and growth initiatives.
  • Develop toolkits, frameworks, and processes to drive sustainable client development practices.
  • Facilitate structured client engagement meetings, including agenda setting and tracking outcomes.
  • Partner with business development teams to uncover growth opportunities and measure progress.
About You
  • Extensive experience (ideally 10+ years) in senior business development or client development roles within a professional services environment.
  • A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and coaching teams to embed client development strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
