The Role
  • Support the project management team in delivering administrative tasks, including diary management and meeting coordination
  • Organise travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Prepare presentations and manage project organisational charts
  • Interface with support services and project teams, and assist with cost controlling and expense claims
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration, preferably in a project environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent written and verbal communication skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a proactive and organised individual with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
