Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Administration Coordinator to join our team in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the day-to-day running of Project administration office and undertake activities associated with Qube Projects, Operations, HSE, finance.
  • Ensure all contract rates are invoiced to clients in accordance with specific contracts.
  • Collate and attach relevant paperwork as per invoicing procedures.
  • Supply Vessel scopes of work.
  • Work as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Maintain employee personnel files.
  • Register and assist in processing subcontractors.
  • Perform administration duties as required.
Safety Requirements:
  • Comply with Qube's health and safety policy and procedure.
Requirements:
  • Current driver's license.
  • Efficient and professional phone manner.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an office environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various people.
  • Proficient skills using Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work autonomously and use proactive approaches to task resolution.
