Key responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of our FY26 growth strategy, focusing on key industries and revenue growth in identified jurisdictions.
  • Become equipped with expert sector/industry knowledge to identify, qualify, and drive opportunities.
  • Work closely with Practice Group Leaders to drive BD strategic plans, including day-to-day business development, client and market analysis, and profiling.
  • Support the execution of and provide advice to manage strategic associate relationships, working closely with Principals and Head of Business Development to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Develop new business opportunities through financial analysis, market analysis, and competitor research.
  • Lead and manage priority directories, pursuits, capability statements, tenders, and proposals.
  • Project manage international conferences and client-focused trips, tracking ROI and success measures.
  • Support our Client Feedback Program through client debriefs and working with senior team members to continually improve client experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support APAC-wide client and sector initiatives.
  • Manage business development and marketing databases, records, and templates.
  • Provide business development reporting on key growth initiatives.
  • Assist in mentoring and coaching attorneys/lawyers to build business development capability and confidence.
  • Support the implementation of key IPH Group initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to build brand awareness through content, thought leadership, and profile-raising activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' professional services experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ideally, experience in pursuit processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and hands-on approach.
