Our Sydney branch is seeking a Business Growth Specialist to drive expansion across Air, Sea, and Contract Logistics.

Job Description

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing market trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape our competitive position. You will collaborate with product and procurement teams to align trade lane strategies and craft innovative solutions to drive growth.

You will attend sales visits and collaborate with overseas partners to develop new business opportunities, build a solid sales pipeline to secure new accounts while nurturing existing ones, and play a key role in preparing and negotiating bids, RFQs, and quotes.

You will also engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and maintain strong relationships, and act as our brand ambassador at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A solid understanding of the freight forwarding industry.
  • A proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • The ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
