- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients achieve success with our products.
- Stay ahead of product updates and industry trends to boost engagement and adoption.
Requirements:
- Leading high-performing account management or customer success teams in B2B SaaS.
- Understanding pricing strategy and renewal mechanics.
- Upsold strategic services before - and you've got the numbers to prove it.
- Holding your own in a room full of senior stakeholders.
- Being data-driven, commercially minded, and able to cut through the noise.
