Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Specialist Banking Team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for originating TWC specialist products and services within a defined coverage region, as well as proactively seeking new business opportunities through conversations with clients and their advisers.

    • This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a solid working knowledge of Trade and Working Capital coupled with proven relationship management experience.

The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn and develop their skills, actively engage with clients and bankers, and have an understanding of financial metrics and a working capital supply chain.

  • Key responsibilities include:

    • Origination of TWC specialist products and services;

    • Proactive seeking of new business opportunities;

    • Strong stakeholder engagement and influence;

    • Solid working knowledge of Trade and Working Capital;

    • Relationship management experience;

    • Willingness to learn and develop skills;

    • Understanding of financial metrics and working capital supply chain.
