Clinical Team Lead

The role of Senior Nurse Leader is a critical clinical leadership position within the health district. This role involves overseeing the operational management of our site, leading clinical teams, managing emergency response, driving quality and safety, and managing workforce strategy.
This position requires an individual with extensive clinical experience and proven nursing team leadership skills. The successful candidate will have current work rights in Australia or be a permanent resident or citizen. They will also be required to provide appropriate evidence of compliance with the Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Policy prior to commencement.
The key responsibilities of this position include efficiently managing resources to deliver exceptional patient care, leading recruitment and development of a strong nursing team, driving patient safety and quality improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop policies that enhance nursing practice and service.
Additionally, this position involves overseeing operational planning, monitoring performance, and implementing ongoing improvements. The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience, strong computer and financial skills, and the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
