Base pay range

A$120,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yr

About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join the team in the Southern Suburbs of the Gold Coast, where you will lead your team of clinical and non clinical staff, ensuring clinical oversight of the home. You will work collaboratively with a senior leadership team, including your Residential Service Manager, another Clinical Care Manager and a Quality Advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Lead your team of clinical and non clinical staff
  • Ensure clinical oversight of the home
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate all care delivery

Qualifications and Experience

  • AHPRA RN1 with no restrictions
  • At least 1 year of Australian nursing experience
  • Full working rights

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Previous experience working as Clinical Care Manager/Coordinator in residential aged care
  • Excellent understanding of the accreditation process
  • Palliative Care
  • Dementia Care

Preferred Skills

  • Infection Prevention and Control certificate
  • Previous experience of an accreditation

Pay range and compensation package
