We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Inpatient Services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead clinical staff and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary treatment planning processes
  • Provide crisis intervention and educational presentations on substance use disorders
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
  • Engage in family and employer counseling, case management, and administrative supervision
  • Train and schedule clinical staff, as well as provide on-call coverage

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be knowledgeable of OASAS regulations and CARF standards, and have experience working within a fast-paced inpatient treatment environment. Note: This is a challenging role that requires a high level of expertise and professionalism.
