Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Facility Manager for a medium sized Residential Aged Care Facility located on the beautiful Central Coast, local to Erina

Situated in an easily commutable location, this is a highly supported environment that includes 2 experienced Clinical Managers, AN-ACC support, Education Support plus 24 hour Registered Nurses and Care team.

- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
