Key Responsibilities
- Coaching:
- Provide high-quality personal training and small group sessions tailored to client goals and needs.
- Maintain energy, technique, and progression across sessions to ensure optimal results.
- Support client success through assessments, programming, and ongoing education.
- Member Relations:
- Offer premium service at reception, warmly greeting all clients and guests.
- Handle gym tours, new client onboarding, and follow-ups with a focus on building trust and long-term engagement.
- Manage inquiries, bookings, and scheduling in-person and via our CRM system.
