We are seeking a skilled Relationship Coach/Expert who can guide men in navigating challenging romantic relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of relationship dynamics and the common challenges faced by couples.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individual and group coaching sessions, guiding men on the path to reconciling their marriages or relationships.
  • Assist men in understanding the root causes of their relationship challenges, examining their own behaviors and actions.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and their partners, helping to resolve deep-seated conflicts.
  • Provide education on emotional intelligence and relationship skills.
  • Act as the public face of our organization, showcasing our mission and commitment to helping men overcome relationship challenges.
  • Deliver expert insights and advice through various media channels.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in coaching, counseling, or therapy (previous work as a personal development or life coach, or marriage therapist is preferred).
  • Deep understanding of relationship dynamics and the common challenges faced by couples.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Solution-focused approach to coaching and problem-solving.
  • Experience supporting clients during traumatic periods of life.
  • Competency in strategic and solution-focused coaching skills.
