Key Building Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Senior Building Consultant position. As a key member of our team, you will work on diverse projects across residential, commercial, and strata sectors.

  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify defects, compliance issues & maintenance needs.
  • Investigate causes and recommend practical remedial solutions.
  • Prepare clear, detailed reports – including expert witness documents.
  • Develop effective remedial scopes of work.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
  • 5–10 years in building/construction, with defect & compliance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of NCC & Australian Standards.
  • Expertise in defect analysis and water intrusion investigations.
  • Experience in remedial consultancy is highly desirable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in Building, Construction, or Engineering.
