Expert Building Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our building consultancy team and provide technical guidance to clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional knowledge of building repairs, inspections, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site investigations to identify defects, evaluate compliance, and assess liabilities.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports detailing causes of failure, extent of loss, and recommended remediation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in relevant Government legislation, standards, and codes governing building, construction processes, technologies, and materials.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building consultancy work.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business sense.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relationships.
  • Leadership experience or aspirations.
