We are seeking a results-driven Lead Sales Growth Specialist to join our Foodservice Sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with major HORECA end-users across the country.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your commercial strength and negotiation skills to drive sales growth and create value for our business partners.
Key Responsibilities- Secure ranging and develop end-user partnership deals that transform relationships into strategic collaborations.
- Deliver exceptional in-person negotiations through your intimate understanding of the HORECA food service market and its stakeholders.
- Influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions that drive EBIT growth and support the overall foodservice ambition.
- Develop deep insights from major end-users to inform our National KAM selling teams and support the growth of our business partners.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating sales agreements and driving revenue growth.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to derive insights that inform a compelling sales strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
