Job Overview:

This permanent full-time position involves working as a Senior Public Trust Officer. You will be part of the Customer Experience and Delivery portfolio, contributing to delivering exceptional customer service, managing complex files, and providing expert advice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial administration and customer service, with experience guiding and mentoring junior staff. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex files and empathise with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage caseloads and provide professional advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
  • Offer guidance, coaching, and support to junior Public Trust Officers, promoting their development and growth within the organisation.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal financial outcomes for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team environment.
