Senior Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our elderly residents, enabling them to remain independent and engaged in their daily lives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. You will work collaboratively with our nursing, hospitality, and resident engagement teams to deliver exceptional care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care and support to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work closely with the nursing team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure seamless delivery of meals and other services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in aged care or a related field.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain it.
  • Excellent safety awareness and ability to prevent accidents.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
