Role Overview:
The Manufacturing Finance Analyst position is responsible for providing financial oversight and support to the manufacturing plant. This encompasses participation in monthly close activities, monitoring and controlling plant expenditures, and driving daily improvements in efficiency and productivity.
The successful candidate will also be accountable for supporting lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying and eliminating waste, providing financial validation, tracking, and reporting on key metrics. Additionally, they will assist in the preparation and submission of Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs), maintain and update the weekly/monthly Assets Under Construction (AUC) register, and ensure robust fixed asset controls are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in month-end close activities
- Monitor and control plant costs
- Drive daily improvements in efficiency and productivity
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years professional experience in operational finance roles in manufacturing, supply chain or related environment. They will have strong analytical capabilities, a solid understanding of financial analysis methodologies and procedures, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
