Business Analysis Role

This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Product Manager to identify opportunities for improvement and support the delivery of automation solutions that align with strategic objectives.

About the Position
  • You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • You will contribute to the execution of the National Product Roadmap by analyzing feature requests, documenting requirements, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • You will partner with technical teams to ensure that business needs are translated into feasible, well-scoped technical solutions.
  • You will facilitate alignment across service lines and regions through workshops, working groups, and ongoing collaboration to validate priorities and proposed changes.
  • You will document current and future state processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • You will assist with user acceptance testing, coordinate rollout plans, and help prepare the business for successful adoption of new features and changes.

The team is responsible for delivering, supporting, and optimizing enterprise-wide products. We focus on user enablement, change management, and continuous improvement to ensure our products deliver real value.

Qualifications & Skills
  • A degree in business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst across both discovery and delivery phases.
  • Strong skills in documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows, with experience capturing functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Experience working on digital product initiatives, particularly those involving automations and integrations.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments.
  • Ability to work across multiple business units, managing competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
