The Principal Project Officer role plays a pivotal part in devising and implementing initiatives for watch-houses, which provide detention facilities across the state for individuals awaiting court appearances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance business operations and provide strategic direction in planning, delivery, and support of services, programs, and projects.
  • Offer expert advice and guidance to leadership teams and stakeholder groups on deliverables and improve business processes.
  • Establish effective working relationships with stakeholders to deliver initiatives aligned with prioritized objectives.
  • Monitor progress of work deliverables and implement change management and communications initiatives to complement business improvements.
