We are seeking a Business Improvement Lead to drive transformative initiatives across our operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with a passion for continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and strategic change.

  • Drive improved customer experience by delivering projects on time and implementing productivity and safety enhancements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the business.
  • Manage end-to-end improvement projects with a focus on automation, cost savings, and measurable value creation.
  • Lead change initiatives using structured project management approaches to ensure successful and sustainable outcomes.
  • Coach and support teams in Lean and Six Sigma, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Leverage data analysis and dashboards to support strategic decisions and ensure compliance with business processes.
  • Champion a strong safety culture by leading safe practices, ensuring incident reporting, and aligning with legislation.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or over 10 years' experience in operational environments.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (minimum Green Belt) or demonstrated experience in business improvement methodologies.
  • Proven track record in business improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement leadership roles.
  • Experience in coaching and training teams in process improvement tools to achieve specialist outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and facilitate end-to-end process maps.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business value through high-impact improvement initiatives.
  • Skilled in analysing complex data and applying insights to develop practical business strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills, with the ability to operate independently in dynamic environments.
