We are seeking a strategic business improvement specialist to join our team for a temporary assignment. You will play a critical role in transforming the recruitment process and implementing lasting change.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, documentation, and refinement of business requirements and workflows to improve the recruitment process. They will collaborate with employment delegates, HR staff, and business support teams to translate stakeholder insights into practical system and process enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in business analysis and HR process design, as well as proven capability in implementing automation and working with HR technology platforms. They will also have a strong understanding of recruitment and selection practices, candidate experience, and compliance requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, HR, or recruitment

  • A strong understanding of recruitment and selection practices, candidate experience, and compliance requirements
