We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to lead and grow a dedicated retail portfolio of customers.
As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering Strategic Business Plans (SBP's) that purposefully transform to long-term partnerships with our retailers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Management: Deliver strategic SBP's across existing products and New Product Development (NPD) that meet mutually agreed targets.
- Demand Fulfilment: Own the Customer Forecast via Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring maximum goal alignment.
- Champion the Customer: Execute SBP's that drive our vision and align with category strategy.
- P&L Accountability: Take direct responsibility for your customer base, including co-investment, pricing, and promotional mechanics.
- 8+ years' experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), with a proven ability and knowledge of category and revenue growth management fundamentals.
- Strong commercial acumen and passion for data analysis, with the ability to connect the dots.
- Superior negotiation skills, natural relationship-building abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to challenge and influence cross-functional stakeholders, with a deep understanding of shopper and retail dynamics.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams, with a focus on developing talent to achieve their full potential.
