Key Account Manager Role

The primary goal of this position is to deliver exceptional client experiences through effective management and tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that client business-as-usual activities are well-managed, with all commitments and deliverables being met through regular review of client dashboards and issue tracking.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profile details in our centralized CRM tool, including assets under management, strategy, assets traded, and key stakeholders.
  • Act as an escalation point and subject matter expert for client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with onboarding, product support, and technology teams to deliver cohesive solutions that adhere to industry best practices.
  • Provide consultation on workflows and identify opportunities to expand relationships.
  • Proactively monitor client health via scorecards and develop remediation plans when necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of relevant experience or 3+ years of experience on our platform. They will have a strong understanding of investment management workflows and operations, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to cultivate and foster strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Capable of independently managing multiple clients with effective written and verbal communication.
  • Strong collaboration and team building skillset.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and competent in planning systematically.
