Senior Client Solutions Manager

The primary goal of this position is to deliver exceptional client experiences through effective management and tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:- Ensure that client business-as-usual activities are well-managed, with all commitments and deliverables being met through regular review of client dashboards and issue tracking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profile details in our centralized CRM tool, including assets under management, strategy, assets traded, and key stakeholders.
- Act as an escalation point and subject matter expert for client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with onboarding, product support, and technology teams to deliver cohesive solutions that adhere to industry best practices.
- Provide consultation on workflows and identify opportunities to expand relationships.
- Proactively monitor client health via scorecards and develop remediation plans when necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of relevant experience or 3+ years of experience on our platform. They will have a strong understanding of investment management workflows and operations, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements:- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to cultivate and foster strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Capable of independently managing multiple clients with effective written and verbal communication.
- Strong collaboration and team building skillset.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and competent in planning systematically.
