As Senior, AI Client Solutions Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge AI solutions that transform how businesses operate. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking—you'll lead the delivery of AI solution components, translate complex business challenges into practical implementations, and ensure exceptional outcomes that drive measurable value.

Working directly with client teams and cross-functional specialists, you'll conduct detailed discovery sessions, develop analytical solutions, and implement AI models that address critical business needs. This position offers exceptional growth potential for professionals who possess strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Partner with boards and C-suite executives to define AI vision and digital transformation strategies for major Australian enterprises
• Develop comprehensive AI adoption roadmaps, from use case identification and prioritisation to business case development
• Lead value mapping and realisation initiatives to ensure measurable ROI from AI investment
• Design and orchestrate end-to-end transformation journeys, from strategy definition to scaled implementation
• Conduct executive discovery sessions to translate business ambition into actionable technical requirements
• Design, develop and implement AI models and analytical solutions using best-practice methodologies

Required Experience And Capabilities

• 3-5 years of experience in AI solution delivery, data science or analytics within a large consulting organisation
• Tertiary qualification in Data Science, Engineering or related field
• Proven experience engaging with C-suite executives on AI strategy
• Track record of delivering large-scale digital transformations for major organisations
• Experience working in client-facing environments and managing stakeholder expectations
• Strong capability in translating between technical complexity and business impact
• Experience in value realisation, business case development, and benefits tracking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
