Adelaide Hills Council, Australia SA Health Full time

The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network Mental Health Service seeks a highly skilled and experienced clinician to lead the coordination of evidence-based, recovery-oriented services across the multidisciplinary team. As an expert in mental health care, you will provide pivotal support to the Adelaide Hills community by undertaking line management, coordination, and leadership responsibilities.

With a strong background in mental health practice, you will work collaboratively with Government and non-Government service providers to achieve continuity and quality of consumer care. Your ability to address inconsistencies between practice and policy, as well as develop team performance and a positive work culture, will be essential in driving consumer outcomes.

This role offers ample opportunities for professional development activities within the BHFLHN Mental Health team. To be successful in this position, you must hold a qualification within a recognised Allied Health profession, such as Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Psychology, and be eligible for full membership of the relevant professional association. Alternatively, if appointed at the RN/RM3 level, you will need to be registered by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, hold a current practicing certificate, and possess a qualification in Mental Health practice.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will bring experience working in a mental health setting, enabling you to develop, implement, and maintain integrated services that engage formal and informal partnerships across the community with key stakeholders.

The South Australian public sector promotes diversity and flexible ways of working part-time. We encourage applicants to discuss the flexible working arrangements for this role.

We offer a competitive annual salary package, including salary sacrifice benefits, employer superannuation contributions, and leave loading. Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.

Please note that this position is multi-classified as either AHP3 or RN3. The estimated salary range for this role is $104,180 - $126,970 per annum, depending on the classification and qualifications.
