Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced clinician to join our team as a Team Leader. This is a Temporary Full-time position working up to 30 June 2025, with the possibility of extension. The salary for this role ranges from $104,180 - $111,746 p.a. for AHP3 level or $121,537 - $126,970 p.a. for RN/M3 level.

About the Role
  • This role involves providing pivotal coordination of evidence-based, recovery-oriented services across our multidisciplinary Mental Health Service.
  • You will be responsible for delivering mental health care that is appropriate to the needs of consumers in the Adelaide Hills community.
  • As a line manager, you will undertake coordination and leadership of the local Mental Health Team, working with Government and non-Government service providers to achieve continuity and quality of consumer Mental Health care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must hold a qualification within a recognised Allied Health profession of Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Psychology, and be eligible for full membership of the relevant professional association. Alternatively, you will be registered by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and hold a current practicing certificate along with a qualification in Mental Health practice.
