Job Description

We are seeking an experienced clinician with strong management and leadership skills to fill the role of Team Leader (AHP3). The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating evidence-based recovery-oriented services across our multidisciplinary Mental Health Service. This includes line management, coordination, and leadership of the local Mental Health Team, as well as working with government and non-government service providers to achieve continuity and quality of consumer Mental Health care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality mental health services across the Adelaide Hills community
  • Lead and manage a team of clinicians to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Develop and implement integrated services and engage formal and informal partnerships across the community with key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • A qualification within a recognised Allied Health profession of Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Psychology, and eligibility for full membership of the relevant professional association
  • Registration by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and a current practicing certificate along with a qualification in Mental Health practice (for appointment at RN/RM3 level)
