Job Summary
As a Lead Clinician, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating evidence-based, recovery-oriented services across the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network Mental Health Service. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, working with government and non-government service providers to achieve continuity and quality of consumer mental health care.

About the Role
This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of $104,180 - $126,970 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. As a clinician with management and leadership skills, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality consumer care and developing team performance and a positive work culture. You will also have opportunities for professional development and contribute to the delivery of mental health services that meet the needs of consumers in the Adelaide Hills community.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must hold a qualification within a recognized Allied Health profession or be registered as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. You should have prior experience working in a mental health setting and be able to develop, implement, and maintain integrated services. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to engage formal and informal partnerships across the community with key stakeholders.
