Lead Clinical Coordinator for Mental Health Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinical Coordinator to join our team at the Central Adelaide Local Health Network. As a key member of our mental health services, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating consumer care delivery in a consumer care unit/team within the MHCP.
The main focus of this role is the line management, coordination, and leadership of nursing and/or multidisciplinary team activities to achieve continuity and quality of patient/client care and outcomes. You will be responsible for addressing inconsistencies between practice and policy and developing team performance and a positive work culture in the interest of consumer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical knowledge and experience to coordinate consumer care delivery
- Line manage, coordinate, and lead nursing and/or multidisciplinary team activities
- Ensure continuity and quality of patient/client care and outcomes
- Address inconsistencies between practice and policy
- Develop team performance and a positive work culture
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A current practicing certificate as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- A qualification in mental health nursing equivalent to a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing
- A valid driver's license

Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is $121,537 - $126,970 p.a. + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including:
