Senior Mental Health Nursing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mental Health Nursing Coordinator to join our team at the Central Adelaide Local Health Network. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating consumer care delivery and leading nursing and multi-disciplinary team activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient care delivery in a consumer care unit/team within the Mental Health Community Partnerships (MHCP) program.
- Lead and manage nursing and/or multi-disciplinary teams to achieve continuity and quality of patient/client care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to address inconsistencies between practice and policy, and drive team performance and a positive work culture.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong clinical knowledge and experience in mental health nursing, as well as excellent leadership and coordination skills. You must hold a qualification in mental health nursing equivalent to a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing, be registered as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and hold a current practicing certificate.
