Effective Communication Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Effective Communication Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with patients, colleagues, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming communications with patients, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the practice management team to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent communication standards across the organization.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance communication skills and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
