Future Strategist

We're seeking a recent or soon-to-be graduate with a passion for strategy, business analysis, and innovation to join our award-winning 18-month development program.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across various business units.
  • Conduct industry, competitor, and market research to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyse business performance data and provide insights into trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in developing recommendations based on data-driven insights to refine strategic initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Prepare business plans, strategic presentations, and reports for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather insights and align strategic initiatives.

Our Development Program

Participants receive a campus to corporate development experience, regular mentoring sessions with a senior manager, fun experiences and activities, a competitive salary, staff discounts, permanency from the beginning of the program, and rotations through various teams to gain knowledge and relevant skills.

What We're Looking For:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Data Analytics, Strategy or a related field.
  • Experience in customer service, retail, and/or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high quality of work.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • High attention to detail, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
