The role

In this key position, you'll play a vital part in our Corporate HR team, driving ongoing development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance business capabilities and employee growth.

You will provide specialist input into business strategies and plans, linking people initiatives to business goals. This includes guidance on employee engagement, change management, and compliance with relevant legislative requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and managing employee relations issues to maintain a harmonious and productive workplace environment.
  • Ensuring timely, consistent coaching, advice, and support on all aspects of HR to our people leaders, including performance management, recruitment, induction, employment relationships, remuneration, recognition, and reward.
  • Closing gaps in HR operational systems and processes through continuous improvement initiatives, using business knowledge and intelligence to inform changes.

About you
- You should have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a HR or a related discipline and/or relevant professional experience in an equivalent role.
  • High-level knowledge of applicable legislation, industrial relations instruments, and frameworks.
  • Able to interpret legislation, policies, and other industrial instruments.
  • Commercially and politically astute.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a HR Business partnering role supporting portfolios.
