About the Role:

Cranbrook Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at our premium aged care residences in Neutral Bay (Sydney lower North Shore).

As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a cohesive, dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. We are looking for Full Time, Part Time and Casual team members.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and effective personal and clinical care to residents, meeting their individual needs and optimising their health and wellbeing.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019, ensuring accreditation at all times.
  • Lead and manage a team of personal carers to deliver exceptional care to residents, building capability and overseeing performance to ensure the team is delivering results safely, efficiently and effectively.

About You:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a positive personality, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. If you have the skills and attributes listed below, we encourage you to apply.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Current registration with the NSW Registration Board
  • First Aid and CPR qualification essential
  • Fluent spoken English and literate in English

Desirable Skills and Attributes:

  • Aged Care experience
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement
  • Experience monitoring infection control

Personal Abilities and Attributes:

  • A kind and compassionate nature, with the ability to deal with sensitive and difficult issues in a professional, respectful and caring manner
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and a responsible approach to work procedures
