About the Role

Cranbrook Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our premium aged care residences in Neutral Bay, Sydney. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective personal and clinical care to residents, meeting their individual needs and optimizing their health and wellbeing.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019, ensuring compliance and delivering care services that meet accreditation requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of personal carers, building capability and overseeing performance to ensure the team delivers exceptional care to residents.
  • Live the Cranbrook Care culture and work according to our values.
About You

Requirements
  • Current registration with the NSW Registration Board.
  • First Aid and CPR qualification.
  • Fluent spoken English and literate in English.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Aged Care experience.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement.
  • Experience monitoring infection control.
  • Care planning and assessment experience.
  • Palliative Care experience.
  • Dementia Care experience.
  • ACFI/AN-ACC experience.
