Aged Care Nurse Leader

About the Role
Cranbrook Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to lead our care team in our premium aged care residences, Lansdowne Gardens, located in Neutral Bay (Sydney lower North Shore).
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe and effective personal and clinical care to residents, developing and maintaining expert knowledge of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019, and leading and motivating a team of personal carers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care that meets individual needs and optimises health and wellbeing.
- Develop and maintain expertise in regulatory compliance, quality improvement, infection control, and care planning.
- Lead and motivate a team of caregivers to deliver exceptional care services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a kind and compassionate nature. The ideal candidate will have current registration with the NSW Registration Board, First Aid and CPR qualification, and fluent spoken English and literacy.
