About the Role
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Aged Care Act 1997 and Aged Care Quality Standards 2019, ensuring compliance and accreditation requirements are met.
  • Lead and manage a team of personal carers, fostering a culture of excellence and results-driven performance.
  • Prioritize resident needs, optimising their health and wellbeing through comprehensive care planning and assessment.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

Essential Qualifications
  • Current registration with NSW Registration Board.
  • First Aid and CPR qualification.
  • Fluent spoken English and literate in English.
