Registered Nurse In Charge

Cranbrook Care is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse In Charge to lead our night duty shifts at our premium aged care residences in Neutral Bay, Sydney.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse In Charge, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective personal and clinical care to our residents, developing and maintaining expert knowledge of our responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019, and leading a team of personal carers to deliver exceptional care.
About You:
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a positive personality and attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and a minimum of 2 years aged care experience. You will need to be fluent in English, have a current registration with the NSW Registration Board, and hold a First Aid and CPR qualification.
What We Offer:
Cranbrook Care offers a competitive hourly rate between $41.65 - $51.44, plus shift penalties, and a range of benefits including retail discounts, access to Long Service Leave, and paid parental leave.
