We are seeking someone with a strong background in aged care, preferably with experience in regulatory compliance and quality improvement. Fluency in English is essential, as well as a current registration with the NSW Registration Board. First Aid and CPR qualification is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of personal carers to deliver exceptional care to residents
  • Maintain expert knowledge of accreditation requirements and deliver care services accordingly
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff members
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services

About You: We are looking for someone with a strong background in aged care, preferably with experience in regulatory compliance and quality improvement. You will need to be fluent in English, have a current registration with the NSW Registration Board, and hold a First Aid and CPR qualification.
