About the Role

Cranbrook Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our premium aged care residences in Neutral Bay, Sydney.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our residents. We are looking for Full Time, Part Time, and Casual team members who share our commitment to delivering high-quality care and promoting the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and effective personal and clinical care to residents, meeting their individual needs and optimizing their health and wellbeing.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019, ensuring accreditation at all times.
  • Lead and manage a team of personal carers to deliver exceptional care to residents, building capability and overseeing performance to ensure safe, efficient, and effective care.

About You

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a positive personality, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will need to have current registration with the NSW Registration Board, First Aid and CPR qualification, and fluent spoken English and literacy.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • Aged Care experience
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement
  • Experience monitoring infection control
  • Care planning and assessment experience
  • Palliative Care experience
  • Dementia Care experience
  • ACFI/AN-ACC experience
