Service Manager Job Description\

The role of the Service Manager is to lead and manage a team responsible for delivering high-quality before and after-school care, vacation care and other programs for children.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a fun, safe and compliant program, creating daily plans and organisational structures, supervising and supporting primary-aged children, preparing and serving healthy food options, and building meaningful relationships with children, families and the school community.

To be successful in this role, you will have an enthusiastic approach to childcare and the ability to form positive relationships with children, families and the school community.

You will also have completed or be studying towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent, hold a valid Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one), and have valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or be willing to obtain).
