We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coordinator to lead our newest service at Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team of Educators.

  • Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the service, developing quality programs, and ensuring compliance with policy.
  • The successful applicant will also be responsible for staffing and rostering, as well as undertaking administrative requirements.
Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma of Children's Services)
  • Sound experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
  • A current Blue Card
