Childcare Coordinator Job

The role of a Childcare Coordinator is to assist in the development and implementation of quality programs for children aged 5-12 years. This includes managing the day-to-day running of programs, supporting staff management, and ensuring compliance with policy and procedures.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement engaging childcare programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Manage program setup, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
  • Support the Coordinator with staff management, fostering effective communication and teamwork
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Completed Diploma in Children Services or relevant qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in childcare programming and administration
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • First Aid and CPR certification, and/or willingness to obtain
