The Outside of School Hours Care Coordinator role is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families.

Job Summary

This position involves leading an Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) service, providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs for local communities. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare or OSHC and be passionate about creating engaging experiences for children aged 5-12 years.

About the Position
  • Design and deliver interactive programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
  • Develop strong relationships with parents and caregivers as the face of the organization in your community.
  • Mentor and support a team to enhance their skills and growth within the industry.

The successful candidate will possess relevant qualifications such as Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar. A valid Employee Working with Children Check is also required.

Working Arrangements
  • Split shifts from 7:00am – 9:00am & 2:15pm – 6:30pm, plus weekly administrative hours.
  • Monday to Friday schedule only – no weekend work.
