We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Merri-Bek City Council.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer with strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing rates and waste charge administration duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing them to build effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage rates and waste charge administration duties, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns from clients and colleagues.
What We Offer
