Purpose of the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support our Chief People Officer as a highly skilled Executive Assistant. You will play a critical role in managing interactions with our board and senior executives, ensuring seamless communication and effective decision-making.

Your passion for organisational efficiency and making a positive impact will be invaluable in this role. As a strategic thinker, you will connect with various departments to provide timely diary management and executive support, leveraging your understanding of the Executive's goals and objectives.

Within the broader People and Culture team, you'll enjoy a supportive and rewarding work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including proactive diary and email management.
  • Prepare meeting materials, such as agendas and presentations, for distribution and scheduling purposes.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments on behalf of the Executive.
  • Manage technology and administration items on behalf of the Executive.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll have advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Your ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations will be essential, as will your capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
