Office Leasing Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our office leasing initiatives. Their primary responsibility will be to source new office tenants and achieve rental rate premiums through strategic negotiations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and securing new office leases, fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Negotiating renewals, expansions, and consolidations with existing tenants, ensuring customer loyalty and retention.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust leasing strategy to optimize rental income.
  • Administering tenancies to ensure compliance with terms of agreement, minimizing disputes and maximizing revenue.
  • Preparing and issuing agreements for lease, tenancy agreements, and letters of offer in a timely manner, ensuring seamless transaction processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the property industry, specifically in office leasing, with a proven track record of successful leasing transactions.
  • Good knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations, enabling effective risk management and compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Possess excellent leadership qualities, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
